Wrinkle relaxers to soften the appearance of expression lines.
Botox®, Dysport® and Jeuveau® are available; your provider will discuss which option is appropriate.
Forehead lines, frown lines, crow’s feet and lip flip are common consultation topics.
These products have FDA-approved indications, which vary by product. Some requested uses may be off-label.
Results commonly last about 3 months, although duration varies by person, product, dose and treatment area.
Many patients choose maintenance treatments approximately 3 to 4 times per year. Jaysa will recommend a schedule based on your results and goals.
Changes typically begin within several days. Full results can take up to about 2 weeks, depending on the product and individual response.
The goal is to soften expression lines while maintaining a natural appearance. Your provider will discuss the treatment approach and expected results.
Many people return to routine activities soon after treatment. Temporary redness, swelling, bruising or tenderness may occur; follow your provider’s aftercare instructions.

Discuss lip enhancement, facial volume and contouring.
Lips, cheeks, smile lines, chin and jawline may be considered after an assessment.
Many dermal fillers last approximately 6 months to 1 year. Longevity depends on the product, treatment area, metabolism and individual response.
Many fillers provide visible volume immediately, though swelling can affect the initial appearance. Final appearance becomes clearer as swelling settles.
Touch-ups may be considered as results gradually fade. Your provider can recommend timing based on the filler used and your goals.
Temporary swelling, tenderness and bruising are common. Serious complications, including blood-vessel blockage, are rare but possible; your provider will review risks and warning signs.

A collagen-stimulating injectable that gradually helps restore facial volume and improve the appearance of skin firmness.
Sculptra contains poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA), a biocompatible material that stimulates your body to produce collagen gradually. The effect develops as your skin builds its own structural support.
Temporary fullness from the injection fluid may be visible at first, but this subsides. The collagen-building benefits develop gradually rather than immediately.
Some patients notice changes after their second session. Results typically develop over weeks to months, and timing varies.
Jaysa will recommend a personalized series based on your goals, age, and assessment. Sessions are often spaced several weeks apart; there is no universal number of vials or sessions.
Maintenance may be recommended to sustain your results. Jaysa can discuss whether an annual follow-up treatment is appropriate for you.
Sculptra is used for selected facial wrinkles and volume concerns. It should not be injected into the lips or directly beneath the eyes. Jaysa will assess appropriate treatment areas.
Possible side effects include swelling, tenderness, bruising, and lumps or nodules, which can sometimes appear later. Unlike hyaluronic acid fillers, Sculptra cannot be dissolved with hyaluronidase. Discuss your medical history and all risks before treatment.
An injectable gel made from your own blood plasma, designed to provide immediate fullness with gradual skin-rejuvenation benefits.
Cellenis Derma, also called Cellenis DermaFiller or Derma PRP, is an autologous injectable gel prepared from your own blood plasma. It is different from standard liquid PRP.
A blood sample is processed to separate the plasma. Controlled heating and cooling transform plasma proteins into a gel that can provide temporary structural support. The plasma also contains biological components associated with tissue repair.
The gel can provide an immediate plumping or volumizing effect. Any longer-term changes in skin quality develop more gradually, and individual results vary.
Some patients notice progressive changes over several weeks. A four-to-six-week timeframe is sometimes discussed, but it is not a guaranteed result.
Some providers use a series of approximately three treatments spaced around four weeks apart. Jaysa will determine whether a series or a different plan is appropriate for you.
Maintenance may be suggested once or twice yearly, depending on your response and treatment goals.
Cellenis Derma uses gel made from your own plasma and may give immediate fullness. Hyaluronic acid fillers use manufactured gel to add volume. Sculptra primarily stimulates gradual collagen production. Each has different uses, limitations, and risks.
Because it is derived from your own blood, the material may reduce certain compatibility concerns, but it is not risk-free. Bruising, swelling, infection, irregularities, and injection-related complications are possible. Jaysa will review suitability and risks with you.

Plasma-based treatment for selected skin concerns, including delicate areas.
Fractional plasma energy creates controlled superficial treatment points that may help improve skin appearance.
Ask about eyelid skin, fine lines, texture and certain skin lesions. Lesions require clinical evaluation first.
Swelling, redness and visible healing are possible. Recovery varies by treatment area.
Eligibility depends on your plan and medical circumstances; confirm with your benefits administrator.
Suitability, including risk of pigment changes, must be assessed individually.

Microneedling designed to improve the appearance of certain scars and skin texture.
SkinPen has FDA-cleared indications. Clearance does not automatically cover every condition or add-on.
Lael describes a series of approximately three to six sessions; the actual plan varies.
Ask the provider about these options, timing and evidence for each combination.

Radiofrequency microneedling for texture and skin firmness.
Microneedles deliver radiofrequency energy into targeted skin layers.
Fine lines, texture, laxity and the appearance of some scars may be discussed.
Redness, swelling and temporary sensitivity can occur. Your provider will review recovery.

A gentle, surface-level exfoliating treatment, often called the “Red Carpet Peel,” for brighter-looking, smoother skin.
Dullness, uneven-looking texture and a quick skin refresh.
It is often described as a low-downtime peel, but sensitivity and visible changes vary.
It is often nicknamed the “Red Carpet Peel” because it can help skin look refreshed and radiant with relatively little downtime.
Many patients notice a smoother, brighter appearance shortly after treatment. Results and sensitivity vary.
It exfoliates surface buildup to help reduce the appearance of dullness and rough texture.

A more intensive, medical-grade chemical peel for selected pigmentation, texture and visible signs of aging.
Lael recommends a preconditioning regimen of approximately four to six weeks.
Peeling and redness may last several days, with recovery often taking about a week; individual experiences vary.
It may improve the appearance of uneven pigmentation, sun damage, acne-related discoloration, rough texture and fine lines. Results vary.
The provider applies a peel solution, follows with a retinol-based step, and finishes with calming skincare. Your provider will explain the protocol and aftercare.
Jaysa may recommend approximately four to six weeks of skin preparation before treatment. Use only the regimen your provider directs.
Some patients benefit from a series of one to three treatments, often spaced several weeks apart. Jaysa will recommend timing based on your skin and goals.
Redness, sensitivity and visible peeling can occur for several days. Healing time varies; follow your provider’s aftercare and sun-protection instructions.
Browse skincare through Lael’s ZO Skin Health shopping link. Ask Jaysa or Jamie about a routine for your needs.
Pain-management options include PRF, exosomes, steroid injections, and neurotoxins. Treatment is selected after an individual clinical assessment.
Provider-guided corticosteroid injections may help manage inflammation and discomfort in selected joint or tendon-related conditions.
Jaysa can evaluate concerns such as joint discomfort, tennis elbow, and some tendon-related pain, including symptoms associated with sports and overuse. Not every condition is appropriate for a steroid injection.
Corticosteroids reduce inflammation and may provide temporary symptom relief. They do not repair every underlying injury.
Some people experience relief within days, while others respond differently. Temporary soreness or a short-lived flare can occur after an injection.
Frequency depends on the diagnosis, location, previous injections, and medical history. Repeated steroid injections may carry risks, including tendon weakening in certain settings.
Possible risks include pain, infection, bleeding, skin changes, temporary blood sugar elevation, and tissue or tendon injury. Jaysa will review whether this option is appropriate.
Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is prepared from a sample of your own blood and may be considered for certain tendon and musculoskeletal concerns.
PRP is made by processing a small sample of your blood to concentrate platelets, then placing the preparation in an area selected by your provider.
PRP is sometimes considered for persistent tendon problems, including tennis elbow. Research findings vary by condition and treatment technique, and improvement is not guaranteed.
There is no single treatment schedule for every condition. Jaysa will discuss whether PRP is suitable and whether follow-up treatment is appropriate.
Response may take weeks or longer, and some patients do not experience meaningful improvement. PRP is not an immediate pain reliever.
Temporary soreness and swelling may occur. Activity guidance depends on the injection site and your individual treatment plan.
Risks can include pain, bruising, bleeding, infection, and lack of benefit. PRP may not be appropriate for everyone.
Targeted injections for selected areas of muscle tightness and localized pain, based on an individual assessment.
A trigger point is a sensitive, tight area of muscle that may cause localized or referred discomfort.
A provider may inject a trigger point with an appropriate solution or use a needling technique to help address selected muscle pain. The approach depends on your assessment.
People with certain muscle-related pain patterns may be candidates. Jaysa will first evaluate symptoms and consider other possible causes.
Relief varies widely. Some people notice temporary improvement; others may need a broader treatment plan or may not benefit.
Follow-up depends on your response and underlying symptoms. Treatment is individualized rather than scheduled automatically.
Temporary soreness, bruising, bleeding, infection, and uncommon injury to nearby structures are possible. Your provider will explain location-specific risks.
These services are subject to clinical assessment and availability. Outcomes vary; no specific pain relief or recovery result is guaranteed.

Lael offers an individualized approach to hair wellness combining provider-guided exo/ME treatment discussions with Nutrafol® nutritional support. Your provider will review the cause of thinning, treatment options, and what results may realistically be expected.
Before-and-after photograph supplied by Lael Medical Aesthetics, labeled 90 days after Nutrafol®. Individual results vary. This photograph does not establish results from exo/ME treatment.
exo/ME refers to an exosome-based product being considered for Lael’s hair restoration approach. Exosomes are tiny cell-derived particles involved in cellular signaling. Clinical evidence for treating hair loss remains limited, and exosome products are not FDA-approved for hair restoration.
Jaysa will explain the specific product, route of administration, proposed treatment schedule, risks, and whether it is appropriate for you. No injection method or treatment schedule is promised here until confirmed by the provider.
Nutrafol® is a daily hair-wellness supplement containing botanical and other ingredients. Its suitability depends on your medical history, medications, and the cause of hair thinning. Supplements do not replace evaluation for treatable causes of hair loss.
Hair changes are gradual and vary widely. Some people assess changes over several months. Neither increased growth nor a specific timeline is guaranteed.
The goal is to discuss both scalp-focused options and internal factors that may contribute to thinning. The combined approach has not been established as superior for every patient; your provider can review the evidence and alternatives.
Hair thinning can have several causes, including hormonal, nutritional, hereditary, and medical factors. A consultation helps determine whether additional evaluation or another treatment is more appropriate.

Lael describes check-ins, weekly weigh-ins, RN coaching, monthly InBody body composition scans and lab work.

Joint injections, trigger point injections and dry needling.
A consultation is needed to assess the concern and determine appropriate options.

Ear lobe, cartilage and nose piercings in a professional setting.
Lael states ear piercings are offered for babies between six and nine months; after that, children must be at least five years old and willing.
A parent or legal guardian must be present with valid identification. Children are never held down for a piercing.
Lael describes the Blomdahl system as FDA-registered. Registration should not be described as FDA approval of a procedure.
Treatment eligibility, risks, downtime, FDA indications and financing/HSA/FSA terms require individual verification. Descriptions are informational and do not guarantee results. Clinical and regulatory wording should be approved by Lael before publication.
